Invention EducationProfessional Development

The Ohio Invention League offers multiple professional development opportunities for educators and out-of-school program leaders to learn how to bring invention education to their K-12 students.

All of our professional development sessions are led by Christine Lawlor-King, an educator with over 20 years of in-classroom, professional development, and consulting experience in the invention education ecosystem. During our professional development sessions (and beyond), Christine not only teaches how to utilize invention education curriculum, but shares a wealth of first-hand knowledge including gaining administrative support, personalizing invention education to fit your students’ needs and interests, and more!

Our professional development sessions offer value for newcomers and veterans to invention education, alike, as we cover the fundamentals and provide new content to shake up your lessons!
