The Invention Convention Program
Ohio Invention League’s Invention Convention program is designed to activate an engaging student-led project-based learning curriculum. Many of our program resources are provided for free or at a low cost to participating students, educators, and out-of-school program leaders. Each program year culminates with a series of competitions and showcases, including events at the school, regional, state, and national level. Programming is flexible to fit any timeline and learning environment, and to accommodate any student’s grade level, learning style, or ability!
Don’t have experience leading STEAM programming? No problem! OIL’s Invention Convention program takes utilizes skills from all subject areas. Our team also provides out-of-school program leaders with support in content areas they may have less experience with.
OIL welcomes any Ohio youth-based out-of-school organization to participate in our programming!

School-based afterschool clubs.
Homeschool groups.
